Registration is now available on-line. Please click on the link below to start your registration. You may register more than one person together as a group and all major credit cards and paypal are accepted.

Exhibitor registration is also conducted on-line through the link below. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Conference Registration Includes:

• Sunday welcome reception wine and cheese

• All conference sessions

• Coffee break snacks and lunch on Monday and Tuesday

• Tuesday afternoon poster reception with wine and hors d'oeuvres

• One ticket to Closing Banquet Tuesday night

• Advance access to all conference papers and reports via the web to allow for preparation for discussion sessions

Registration rate of only $595. Single day registrations now available for $300/day (does not include banquet ticket).

In light of difficult financial times, conference registration costs have been kept to a minimum to allow as much participation as possible. In comparison, many similar 2-3 day conferences advertise registration fees of at least double. Due to the low inital cost, discounts will not be available for students or conference participants.

Registration Deadlines

Receive the discounted early registration price of $495 until February 12, 2010.

Regular registration cost of $595 available through the conference date and on-site.

Single day registrations now available for $300/day (does not include Tuesday night banquet). You may purchase an additional banquet ticket for $100 through the online registration website.

Guest registration for spouces includes Sunday wine and cheese reception, daily lunches, Tuesday poster reception and closing banquet at a cost of $200.

Cancellations will be charged a $50 fee until March 26, 2010. After this date, refunds will not be provided. Substitutions are allowed at any time and you may do this on-line via your confirmation e-mail.
